3D Blow Molds are an alternative to the 2D blow molding industry. The idea behind 3D Blow Mold tools is pulling plastic through a part shape using hydraulics and vacuums to dramatically reduce waste and labor caused by the traditional 2D model.

Kit assembly is a complex aspect of parts supply. We have experience in managing the supply chain, quality control, and accuracy it takes to provide a kit. We’ve supplied thousands of units for different end consumers with more than a dozen supporting components each.
Prototype Tools
Prototype injection tooling has always been a part of MMI’s DNA. We pride ourselves in quick turnaround and full support of your program vision. We have a design staff, CNC programmers, fully capable tool makers, and experienced press operators all in house. This means we can turn a raw block of aluminum into a plastic part – fast!
